Les Parroutoux Bed & Breakfast offers great views, convenient parking,
three on-suite rooms and a Continental Breakfast service. Two of our rooms feature ground
floor access and all three of our rooms offer toiletries, towels, and complimentary in-room
tea, coffee, and biscuits.

Breakfast is served each morning up to 9:00 am. Breakfast consists of:
croissants and pain au chocolate, fresh fruit, choice of cereal, yoghurt, butter,
home-made jams, orange juice, tea or coffee. Breakfast can served either in
the dining room or 'al fresco' — outdoors on the terrace weather permitting.

All rooms listed below are non-smoking and come with toiletries, towels and complimentary

The "Montal" Room:
Situated on the ground floor, this spacious room features limestone floors, old beams
and a view of the swimming pool. It has a full bath, walk-in shower and twin sinks
– who wants to share! The room also contains a kingsize bed and, if required,
has the option of being used as a family room. |

The "Montfort" Room:
Situated on the first floor, this the largest of our rooms. The Montfort Room overlooks the
gardens and terrace and features oak flooring, a kingsize bed, and has room to accomodate
up to three additional single beds, which makes it an ideal room for families. Its
ensuite consists of a walk-in shower, a bath and twin wash basins. In addition, this
room features a separate study room with internet access, should work still be necessary.

The "Castelnau" Room:
Situated on the first floor, this very spacious room overlooks both the swimming pool and
gardens. It features beautiful oak flooring, a kingsize bed and has full ensuite shower,
washbasin and toilet. This room can also be adapted as a family room. |

Payrac, a village located 2 kms from Les Parroutoux, has a grocery store,
pharmacy, tourist office, newsagents, two small restaurants, one hotel, and a garage
with petrol station. |
We do not serve an evening tea or meal at Les Parroutoux, but nearby restaurants are
readily available. We recommend:
Auberge Chez Louise, Le Vigan [8 kms],
Le Petite Relais, Cales [11 km],
Château de la Treyne, Lacave [16 km], and
Pont de l'Ouysse, Lacave [16 km]. |

Les Parroutoux also offers a 12 metre x 6 metre saltwater pool that is available for your
use during your stay. The pool is south-facing, and has the benefit of full sunshine all day and into the
evening. Guests are responsible for their safety, and that of their children. As is common with other
pools in this area, the pool not heated, but it should be adequately warm for swimming from the end of May.
NOTE: Pool towels are provided, but are not to be taken outside the property.
